    • 5:00pm: Zoom ID 837 3609 4834

    • 5:10pm: Discuss results of town garage water test report - What are the implications of the report? How does this affect the situation with the fire department location? Who will review our report to the SB to make sure information is updated for accuracy?

    • 5:25pm: Energy savings opportunities - Look at National Grid trends and costs.

    • 5:45pm: Review of Potomac report - Review what Jim did to ensure our report addresses the items identified in the Potomac report

    • 6:00pm: Projected Plans - updated financials - Review Dena's updates to projected plans' costs

  3. NEW BUSINESS

    • 6:20pm: Review suggestions on SWOT analyses - Take into consideration viewpoint expressed by Bob V and Bill Gran on our SWOT analyses

    • 6:40pm: Agree on next meeting time/location

    • 6:45pm: Join SB meeting in progress
