This is a request by the FHMS Four Town Broadband Network for a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 6 of the Heath Zoning Bylaws to install a wood utility pole, wires, and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, on South Schoolhouse Road on the Town right-of-way at GPS location 42.650854, -72.830576.
