A meeting of the Planning Board Public Hearing to consider an amendment to Town of Heath Zoning Bylaws for the purpose of regulating recreational adult use marijuana establishments within the Town, including establishments for the cultivation, processing, testing, distribution, retail sale and/or any other licensed marijuana related business, which uses shall be limited to certain zoning districts and subject to the issuance of a special permit and site plan approval.
