Broadband / Heath MLP
The Heath Municipal Light Plant (MLP) is managed by the Heath Municipal Light Board (MLB) and the MLP Manager, with the purpose to oversee the building and operations of a fiber-optic broadband network for Heath homes.

DROP INSTALLATION CREDIT
- Heath Municipal Light Board (MLB) is encouraging Heath customers to subscribe to take broadband internet service during the startup period by up to $3,000 toward the drop installation costs for subscribers with an eligible premises (defined in drop policy) when certain criteria have been met.

CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE BY FIBER SERVICE AREA (FSA):
1. Strand installation
2. Cable installation
3. MST installation
4. Fiber splicing construction
5. Network testing
6. OPM network certification
7. Appointments scheduled for home installations
Below you will find a street listing and the FSA (Fiber Service Area) in which your street is located. The construction of the network and drops to the premises will start with FSA 2, then 1, 3 and 4. Each FSA will be “lit up” after its construction, testing and certification are completed.
