Heath Senior Center Programs at 18 Jacobs Road Municipal Building
Ongoing events:
Taijiquan classes offered every Tuesday. Taijiquan is a special form of tai chi that that focuses on internal body awareness. Monthly donation of $20 welcome. Art Program meets Mondays from 12:30-2:30 p.m. Gentle Yoga classes will continue starting in January.
The Senior Intergenerational Room is open every Saturday from 9:30-1:30 p.m. Drop in to socialize, catch up with intergenerational events, read, do jigsaw puzzles, etc. Refreshments provided. Mystery Readers Discussion Group from 11-12 p.m.
Monthly senior meals in the cafeteria the 4th Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Brownbag lunch on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m., followed by Game Time from 12-4 p.m.
Senior Foot Clinic every month on Tuesdays. Monthly or bi-monthly appointments available. Contact Senior Program Coordinator Lyra Johnson-Fuller for further information and to make appointments by email at seniorcenter@townofheath.org or call 337-4059. Donations welcome.

free home modifications for eligible adults 62+ -
Walk Safe Program MWF at Jacobs Gym from 9 to Noon
The Walk Safe program is open to all ages three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the winter. The doors at 18 Jacobs Road will be open from 9 to noon for this purpose. Come masked and proceed directly to the gym for your walk.
