Taiji classes offered every Tuesday. Taiji is a special form of tai chi that that focuses on internal body awareness. Monthly donation of $20 welcome.

The Senior Center is open every Saturday from 9:30-1:30 p.m. Drop in to socialize, catch up with Senior intergenerational events, read, do jigsaw puzzles, etc. Refreshments provided. Needle Arts&Crafts, drama club, and mystery readers hour are being formed this Spring.
Community Café for all ages is scheduled on the last Saturday of each month from 10-1 p.m., with homemade baked goods provided by Heath residents. Brownbag lunch on the second Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m.
Senior Foot Clinic every month on Tuesdays. Monthly or bi-monthly appointments available. Contact Senior Program Coordinator Lyra Johnson-Fuller for further information and to make appointments by email at seniorcenter@townofheath.org or call 337-4059. Donations welcome.

Walk Safe Program MWF at Jacobs Gym from 9 to Noon
The Walk Safe program is open to all ages three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the winter. The doors at 18 Jacobs Road will be open from 9 to noon for this purpose. Come masked and proceed directly to the gym for your walk.
