Annual Town Election (ATE)
Annual Town Election will take place on Friday, May 8, 2026 with the polls open from noon to 7:00 p.m. at the 18 Jacobs Road Municipal Center. Anyone who is a registered voter in Heath and is interested in running for office is eligible and welcome to obtain nomination papers. Nomination papers will be available beginning February 24 by coming in to see the Town Clerk. Nomination papers must be taken out by March 18th. The deadline for returning completed papers with the necessary signatures of voters is March 20th by 5:00 p.m. in order for name to be printed on the ballot.
The following is a list of the offices needing to be filled this year, and the length of the term.
