2023 Proposed Valuations
Town of Heath-Public Disclosure Fiscal Year 2023
In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section 56, and in an effort to more accurately reflect the current real estate market, the Board of Assessors has completed a reassessment program for all properties within the town for our triennial recertification. The proposed new values are based upon the analysis of sales from July 1, 2020 and June 30, 2022. The Department of Revenue has granted Heath preliminary certification.
Proposed new FY23 assessments will be available for public inspection and taxpayer review between Monday, December 5, 2022 and Friday, December 10, 2022. Our office hours are Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 4 PM. You may also view the proposed list of FY23 values in the Heath Library at the Heath Community Center, 18 Jacobs Rd. on Monday 2-7 PM, Wednesday 12-7 PM and Saturday 9:30- 1:30 PM or online at the town website www.townofheath.org . If you have any questions, wish to review or request changes, please contact the Assessors’ Office at (413) 337-4934 Ext. 3.
Please note that this is the time to correct any inaccuracies in assessments before final values will be certified and tax bills issued.
