Community services that can directly benefit Heath residents include (among others) the Home Modification Loan Program (HMLP) and the Choice Prower Program.

Home Modification Loan Program

The Franklin County Regional Housing & Redevelopment Authority through its Home Modification Loan Program (HMLP) gives homeowners the opportunity to modify or adapt their homes for a household member of any age with a professionally documented limitation(s) or disability.

Heath Community Choice Power Supply Program

Heath is part of the Colonial Power Group which allows eligible residents to benefit from group pricing for electricity. Use the link above to check eligibility and to OPT IN to the program.
