PROJECT SITE: Heath Salt Shed, 123 Branch Hill Road, Heath, MA 01346

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This project involves the construction of a retaining wall as described in the plans and specifications from Walter Cudnohufsky Associates, entitled “Heath Salt Shed” and dated October 15, 2024.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Please note that this Scope of Work includes furnishing and installing all necessary materials for: site work, grading, retaining walls, and drainage, including all miscellaneous items or materials incidental to the work. The Town of Heath is not responsible for the theft of any tools should they be stored at the Site.

The selected Contractor shall provide a 50% payment bond IF the Contract is greater than $25,000.00, shall possess the required OSHA training, shall adhere to the attached Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates and shall follow all the applicable provisions of M.G.L. c. 30, s.39M – specifically for Contracts with an estimated value between $10,000 and $50,000. The Contractor can format their written pricing response in any format they so choose.
