Mission

The Heath Police Dept. works diligently to affirmatively promote, preserve and deliver a feeling of security, safety and quality services to all members of our community.

Heath belongs to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office Regional Dog Officer Control and Kennel Program. This program will be contacted in cases where support is needed. If your dog has been sent to Greenfield, directions, contact information, and hours for the kennel are posted on the Sheriff’s website, Dog Officer and Kennel Program. The FRCOG also has a link to the Sheriff’s webpage from www.frcog.org but as of 12/2012, that site is under construction. Kennel is located at 11 Sandy Lane, off Turnpike Road, in Turners Falls, MA. The number is 413-774-4014, ext. 2160.
