Additional Pages

Return to Board of Health

Temporary dwellings in the Town of Heath are required to be permitted. The requirement for a Temporary Occupancy Permit is contained in Heath Board of Health's Temporary Occupancy Regulations and is based on the intended use of the camping trailer or temporary dwelling for human occupancy.

All camping trailers and temporary dwellings must be permitted by the BoH. The fee for the permit is $50.00 per camping trailer/ temporary dwelling. Permits are good for two years and must be renewed every two years. Please note that all camper trailers and temporary dwellings must meet the requirements set forth in the Heath Board of Health Regulations, Heath's Zoning By-Laws and meet the State Sanitary Code.
